A FORCE FOR GOOD
AquaBlu Mosaics was founded through a love of the ocean and all things aquatic. It is our love of the ocean that inspires us to do what we do every day and support ocean and wildlife conservation efforts around the world. From beach clean-up projects, to financial donations, and even growing our eco-friendly and sustainably manufactured product offerings, we are always looking for ways to help support these causes. In fact, a portion of every sale we make is donated directly to these organizations.
THE CORAL RESTORATION FOUNDATION
The Coral Restoration Foundation is actively restoring coral reefs on a massive scale, educating others on the importance of our oceans, and using science to further coral research and coral reef monitoring techniques.
They work to support the reefs’ natural recovery processes through large-scale cultivation, out-planting, and the monitoring of genetically diverse, reef-building corals.
They engage and empower the community to join in the effort to save our planet’s coral reefs with dive programs, educational activities, scientific collaborations, and outreach.
THE SEA
TURTLE CONSERVANCY
The Sea Turtle Conservancy is the oldest and most accomplished sea turtle organization in the world!
Since their founding, STC’s research and conservation initiatives have been instrumental in saving the Caribbean green turtle from immediate extinction, as well as raising awareness and protection for sea turtles across the globe with over 60 years of experience in national and international sea turtle conservation, research and educational endeavors.
The organization began its work in Costa Rica, but has expanded its research and conservation efforts throughout Central America and the Wider Caribbean.
THE OCEAN CONSERVANCY
The Ocean Conservancy is a leading global organization dedicated to protecting the world's oceans. Founded in 1997, they work to safeguard the ocean for future generations through science-based solutions and collaborative efforts.
The Conservancy uses a multi-pronged approach. They conduct research to understand marine ecosystems and identify threats. This data informs their policy work, advocating for strong ocean protection. They also engage businesses to promote sustainable practices.
Beyond policy, the Conservancy mobilizes the public. They empower individuals to make informed choices and become ocean stewards through education and volunteer opportunities. By fostering a global community of ocean champions, they aim to create a healthier ocean for all.
THE SIERRA CLUB FOUNDATION
The Sierra Club Foundation, established in 1969, fuels the environmental advocacy efforts of the Sierra Club. They fund grassroots movements, scientific research, and educational programs to protect communities and ecosystems.
Through grant programs and capacity building initiatives, the Foundation empowers local environmental organizations to address critical environmental challenges. They also support scientific research that informs conservation strategies and policy decisions.
The Sierra Club Foundation fosters environmental education through scholarships, fellowships, and youth engagement programs. By inspiring future generations of environmental leaders, they aim to ensure a sustainable future for all.
