  • POOL MOSAICS may be shipped by either UPS or FedEx.  A tracking number will be provided to the customer shortly after the order is processed.

  • GLASS TILEPORCELAIN TILE, and PEBBLE TILE orders over 150 lbs require special shipping via LTL Freight Carrier, and therefore do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping cost calculated at checkout is a discounted rate less than actual freight expense, and by default includes lift gate, residential delivery fee, and call notification services. For large orders, you may want to contact us directly for a more accurate freight quote.

  • SAMPLES - Maximum sample allowance is three (3) per product SKU.  If purchase exceeds this amount, order may be partially canceled and difference will be refunded.
  • SPECIAL EXCLUSIONS - Unfortunately no international shipments can be completed for PEBBLE TILE at this time.

  • CUSTOM MOSAICS - These premium hand crafted products are made to order.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.  No returns can be accepted for these special order items. 

  • PROCESSING TIME - Most orders can be processed and shipped within 1 - 2 days.  Average lead time for Ground Shipping is between 2 - 5 business days.  Business is closed on weekends; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.

  • Shipping offer cannot be applied to past purchases, redeemed for cash equivalent, used to purchase gift cards, or used as payment on an account. AquaBlu Mosaics reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time, and to cancel orders arising from pricing, technical, or other errors. 


We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods.

  • Buyer must obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions from AquaBlu Mosaics before returning any items. Please contact us for details.

  • Mailing address for returns varies based on product(s) purchased. Please do NOT send packages to 4830 W Kennedy Blvd. Ste 600 in Tampa, FL as they will be returned to sender.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • A maximum restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged.

  • Buyer is financially responsible for the return of the item.

  • AquaBluMosaics.com offers a refund for returns to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase once items are inspected and return is approved by manufacturer. Return subject to inspection and restocking fee.

  • We will NOT refund any money for packages returned without issuing of a Return Authorization number

  • Individual glass tile sheets, samples, trim tile, and made-to-order products are not returnable.

  • Please note:   All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.


  • Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

  • Please supply proof of damage or defect with a photograph of the package and/or product. Email proof and description to custom@aquablumosaics.com.

  • Inspect all deliveries even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If items are damaged on arrival an exchange will be made or credit issued. Write down any visible damage such as a crushed box, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and contact our customer service department immediately. Customers must inspect each box upon delivery to make sure they received the items they ordered.
