SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $299
Rate applies to pool mosaics and other items that can be shipped easily with FedEx or UPS Ground.
$99 FLAT RATE TRUCK DELIVERY
on all orders over 150 lbs
Rate applies to overweight or large-quantity orders that may require special shipping with an LTL freight carrier. Fee includes pallet, residential delivery, lift gate, and call notification services if required.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, however some products may require longer lead times. Check the "Shipping & Delivery" information on individual product pages for more details. Please note that our warehouses are closed on weekends. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following business day.
TRANSIT TIME
Average transit time for all shipments is 3-6 business days. Please contact us for expedited or overnight shipping quotes as available.
TRUCK DELIVERY
Orders shipped by LTL freight carriers will require delivery appointment and signature release of freight for all Residential deliveries. Customer is responsible for scheduling and being present for the delivery and must inspect the shipment before signing.
TRACKING
Customers can expect to receive an e-mail with shipment tracking information shortly after an order is fulfilled.
SPECIAL ORDER
Custom and special order items (including glass trim tile) are made to order and require additional lead time for production and delivery. Cancelled custom orders will be charged in full.
AVAILABILITY
Shipping offers are available to the contiguous United States only. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Contact us for a freight quote on deliveries outside of our normal service area. Customers must use a freight forwarder for international orders.
Shipping offer cannot be applied to past purchases, redeemed for cash equivalent, used to purchase gift cards, or used as payment on an account.
RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail custom@aquablumosaics.com for complete return instructions.
Returns are accepted within 15 days following receipt of goods. In some cases, we may accept returns within 30 days. Please contact a representative for more information.
Customer is responsible for return shipping following the RMA instructions. A restocking fee of 15%–25% will be deducted from the customer's refund, based on material and manufacturer.
For orders received damaged, customer must notify AquaBlu Mosaics within five (5) days of receipt of shipment in order to be eligible for a replacement, return, or refund. Please inspect products immediately after receiving them.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. Buyer must obtain RMA number and/or shipping instructions from AquaBlu Mosaics before returning any items. Returns must be sent to the correct shipping address in order to receive a refund. All items sent to our Tampa, FL mailing address without prior notification may be returned to sender. Returns not completed within seven (7) days of receiving an RMA or return instructions may be voided.
SHIPMENT ERRORS OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
Customer must notify AquaBlu Mosaics within seven (7) days of receipt of goods that have been received incorrectly or in error. AquaBlu Mosaics assumes no liability for removal or installation of any product. Use constitutes acceptance of order or product.
EXCLUSIONS
Samples, made-to-order products, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SICIS Glass Tile, Vidrepur Glass Tile, and Laguna Glass Tile is non-returnable. Please order a sample prior to purchasing any large order of material.
AquaBlu Mosaics assumes no liability for removal or installation of any product.
RETURN FEES
Buyer is financially responsible for the return of the item. Based on material and manufacturer, a restocking fee of 15%-25% will be charged, but can be waived if purchasing substitute products of equal or greater value.
PROCESSING
Refunds are processed within 14 days following inspection and approval by the manufacturer. AquaBlu Mosaics offers a refund for returns to the same credit card used on the original purchase.

WHAT IS SAVEDBY PACKAGE PROTECTION?
SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.
HOW DOES SAVEDBY WORK?
SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you have placed an order in our store that includes package protection. Keep your eye out for it! If you have any questions for their team, or have filed a claim, they will email you directly with any questions, updates, and resolutions.
